A final post event note…
The party kicked off at 7pm and never really slowed down… we had over 300 Mad Maskeraders join us for the evening.
We thank Alex Canto and his crew for several sessions of Ballroom(ish) dancing lessons, and Liam came out strong with the music and rocked the dance floor through the night.
I would also like to thank the 83 volunteers that came out to help us — including the 19 that set up & decorated the event, and the 15 that handled the kitchen and bar, providing the food and drink to keep the merriment going. Also a thank you goes out to the Gatekeepers at the front, and the 22 cleaner-uppers at the end.
We can not do these events without your generous donations of time. We also can’t do it without the wonderful food brought by so many of you, or the bottles given graciously to the bar. And many of you donated money, without which an event like this cannot happen!
Thank you all for a wondrous night, one to remember!

Come to the ballroom at “Arcadia” (Ethan’s home) on October 26th for a night to remember! All are welcome at these demented festivities, especially you!
Once again we will cross the barrier between Light and Dark to visit with those whose time in the land of the living has come to an end. Opulence and insanity abound, as revellers gather to help celebrate the Dark Ones’ end of year — and what a year it has been!
Spin the night away with ghouls in their finest silks, and goblins in traditional masks. Celebrate the Darkest Night whilst distant spectral figures sway to the music.
All are invited… the living joining the departed in a macabre waltz. The dead love to dance, so come one, come all, to the Mad Maskerade.
