[If you’re available to help with site setup the night before, we’ll be meeting at 5pm on Friday.]
Social time —
We thought it would be fun to add social activities to the Symposium, spend some time having fun and hanging with our DO family! Come see what we come up with for next year’s parties! š
Site opens Saturday at 3pm, grilling will begin at 3:30pm.
Food —Ā
The Dark Ones will provideĀ Hamburger & Brats, buns, condiments, chips, Keg Beer & Cider, water, lemonade and a specialty drink of some sort. Please bring a side dish to share.
Drinks —
We areĀ tappingĀ 2 kegs (we have stuff to use up), so no need to bring a six-pack.
Fun —
CAH! Fluxx? Poker? Maybe a firepit storytelling area? Anyone have a “home brew” to offer for a Tasting?
NOTES: There are cats in the house for any folks with allergies (although everything will be occurring out back). No kids’ activities are planned, this is really more of an adult-oriented event.
This Members Only event will be run by Pagyn.
Party Planning Meeting
The Party Planning Symposium will run from 5-8pm [or less]. The Symposium attendance DOES count toward Active Status & Prospective Eligibility. [Sponsors, make sure your Prospectives know about this event.]
If you have ideas for one of the parties for 2018 let Markus know ASAP. He is developing a list of suggestions and looking for people that are willing to be Party Head / Exchequer / Historian or Site this coming year.
