The Party Planning Symposium is from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
The Symposium attendance DOES count toward Active Status & Prospective Eligibility.

SET-UP is
FRIDAY @ 5:00 PM
If you’re available to help with site setup the night before, it will be a pretty easy evening…
So bring beer 🙂
The site opens Saturday
at 2 pm, grilling will
begin at 3 pm.
The Dark Ones will provide some meat for the grill, buns, condiments, chips, some beer, water, lemonade and a specialty drink of some sort. Bring a side dish and/or something you’d like to grill.
Please bring a 6 pack to share (or equivalent).
We thought it would be
fun to add some
social activities…
… to the Symposium, spend some time having fun and hanging with our DO family!

There are No kids’ activities planned, this is an adult-oriented event.
